What is included in the monthly prices? - The price includes accommodations, housekeeping weekly, all meals, afternoon coffee with freshly baked treats and laundry services. Are there age restrictions for becoming a resident? - No Are accommodations made for dietary health needs? - Yes, sugar free desserts are served. Are there any nursing services provided? - Although our home does not provide nursing services, residents are free to contract with outside healthcare agencies. Do you have to sign a lease? - No Are there any add-ons? - The only items not included in the monthly fee are beautician service if desired (every Wednesday) and resident telephone bills.
